The program focuses on the strategic use of big data analytics, social media intelligence, and AI-driven models in managing civil defense during armed conflicts. It examines how real-time data analysis, predictive modeling, and digital communication platforms enhance situational awareness, crisis coordination, resource allocation, and civilian protection. Key themes include the operational effectiveness of data-driven decision-making, countering disinformation, cybersecurity risks, legal frameworks, and ethical implications. An interdisciplinary approach combines security studies, data science, public administration, and emergency management to strengthen resilience and modernize civil defense systems in high-risk environments.
